Today I learned something: It is very easy to missstep and there certainly is a penalty. After the success with the additional naps yesterday, my mind naturally came along with the same idea today: “Hey: Like a little extra nap at 05:30? It’s all right, you know!”
Now this was tough. Did not recover from sleepiness and worse: The naps did not help at all, but left me even more exhausted afterwards.
Again I dropped right into the big dark 06:30 hole. But this time it was quite a bit deeper and stickier then yesterday.
Well this day started ugly for sure. The night was still OK, but with the rising of the sun my body suddenly seemed to realize that I had forgotten something – to sleep. And it did its best to remember me constantly…
Quite in the green regions so far, isn’t it? Well one day without sleep is not magic.
