Getting more productivity from polyphasic sleep with GTD (Getting things done)

Polyphasic sleep certainly gets you more time on every single day, especially when living on an uberman or SPAMAYL schedule. But as most polyphasers will confirm, having more time does not automatically make you become more productive. In order to get more of these additional hours you will also have to improve your own self organization. A methology that seems to fit polyphasic sleeping perfectly is “Getting things done”, developed by David Allen.
