What did we learn from two weeks of living on an uberman schedule?
Fist of all – the reason to stop the experiment two weeks earlier than intended is a financial one – my personal productivity was lower than usual which resulted in my being behind schedule in almost all my current projects at work and at home, which I can not tolerate at the moment.
Week 2 saw some failures, mainly due to the “sickness – break” right at the start. I think this might be the reason, why I showed no real sign of “adaption” – tiredness was still a problem almost all of the time.
Started the adaption to uberman sleeping schedule on Monday, Juli 25th. Project is on track with minor difficulties. Below is a chart that shows my “tiredness” over the period of this first week.
